Small character printing system​

Squid Ink’s JetStream™ IP CIJ printing system is designed to perform in extreme applications such as high-dust environments, condensation-filled cold rooms, or washdown environments. The IP65-rated system prints up to 5 lines of superior-quality small characters on a variety of substrates: porous, non-porous, smooth, textured, curved, concave, and more. The JetStream IP offers a reliable and cost-effective solution for primary product coding applications in harsh and extreme environments.​


Harsh Environment Capability​

Thanks to its IP65-rated enclosure, the JetStream IP can print in cold, washdown environments such as meatpacking operations, cold storage, food and produce packaging, and more. Additionally, dusty environments like flour mills, cement plants, or sawmills are not a problem with the JetStream IP's pressurized system. The pressurized printhead and enclosure help prevent dust and fluids from entering the system and interfering with printing. As a protective measure, the printer will shut down if air pressure is lost.​

Designed to increase productivity everywhere​

JetStream IP offers users the latest in technology. The system's easy-to-use 10.1" color touchscreen interface includes a variety of options for users to imprint a variety of products while optimizing their coding. JetStream IP's intuitive software allows database messages to be printed directly from a USB drive, enabling messages with variable information. Up to 16 quick-load messages can also be selected for lines that require rapid message changeovers. For messages with graphic elements, JetStream IP's integrated software allows graphics to be modified using the built-in graphics editor. With JetStream IP's intelligent software, you can print what you want, when you want.

Changing fluids on the JetStream IP is a simple, fast, and clean process. Clean ink and solvent cartridges can be replaced in seconds without stopping production. Furthermore, no RFID chips or tags are used, forcing users to share fluids with the printer manufacturer.
