SquidCheck™ offers printing and verification of barcodes printed on your boxes, trays, pipes, or other products. SquidCheck uses barcode readers from Cognex®, the world's most trusted machine vision and industrial barcode reading company. The reader is integrated with a Squid Ink printer and the SquidCheck interface to ensure codes are present, scannable, and accurate.
Identify and eliminate faults in your production line
SquidCheck allows users to automatically control their packaging line. Once a code is printed, the reader reads it while SquidCheck communicates with the printer to confirm it's the correct code. Code errors are identified and rejected as desired, while SquidCheck ensures that only correct, correctly coded products advance to the next stage of the production line.
