A better maintenance routine
The JetStream PX is designed with the low-maintenance features users have come to know and love from Squid Ink. The JetStream PX’s self-cleaning printhead, featuring the CleanJet™ maintenance routine, enables quick and easy automatic startup and shutdown. With the push of a button, the printer initiates the startup cycle or flushes the system to shut down. When routine maintenance is required, quick-disconnect components can be changed in minutes, eliminating the need to purchase expensive filter and pump assemblies or schedule costly service visits. To facilitate pigmented printing, “Auto-Circulation Mode” automatically activates when the system is not jetting. A magnetic stir bar inside the ink tank continuously mixes the ink, preventing harsh pigments from separating and ensuring reliable inkjet printing.
Pigment ink yield
Changing fluids on the JetStream PX is simple and quick. Inks and solvents are poured directly into the reservoirs, without the need for a mixing tank. Additionally, there are no RFID chips or tags that require users to share fluids with the printer manufacturer.
